It’s designed to keep everything clear and aligned between your club, the Store, and LocalLoop™.

Reporting & Contributions

Your club will receive regular reports showing:

• Total nominated members
• Eligible check-ins
• Contribution amount accrued

Contributions are calculated per check-in and paid in line with the agreed schedule.

Reports generated via LocalLoop™ systems are used for contribution calculation.

Communication Process

To ensure consistency and accurate contribution tracking:

• The club sends the approved introduction email
• LocalLoop™ manages ongoing Program communications
• Members must opt in separately to receive VIP updates

This keeps the process transparent and compliant.

Why Do We Need To Provide Our Member Email List?

Why can’t we just send the emails ourselves?

To make the program work properly, communications need to be consistent, compliant and measurable.

When LocalLoop™ manages the emails:

• Every member receives the correct instructions
• Nomination links are set up accurately
• Check-in tracking works properly (critical for your rewards)
• Reporting is consistent and accurate
• Deliverability is monitored
• Unsubscribes are handled correctly

This ensures your club doesn’t miss out on any support.

Is this about compliance?

Yes - partly.

Digital marketing laws require that emails are sent correctly, with proper unsubscribe handling and consent management.

When we manage the campaign:

• Every email is tested before sending
• Unsubscribe requests are processed automatically
• Records are maintained

How does this affect our club’s earnings?

Accuracy matters.

Cash-back is calculated based on member nominations and check-ins.

What happens to our member list?

Your list is used only for the purpose of launching and managing the LocalLoop™ partnership.

We:

• Do not sell or share your data
• Do not use it for unrelated promotions
• Only communicate in relation to the approved partnership
• Maintain unsubscribe functionality at all times

Our goal is to grow support for your club, not to market unrelated products.

What other emails will our members receive?

Your member list is used solely to introduce and activate the LocalLoop™ partnership.

Members are not automatically added to ongoing newsletters or promotional communications unless they specifically choose to opt-in.

After the introduction phase, only members who choose to join the VIP Club and actively opt in will receive:

• The weekly LocalLoop™ newsletter
• VIP updates
• Prize draw notifications
• Partner offers

Every ongoing communication includes a clear unsubscribe option.
