Do my staff need to remember to run the loyalty program?

No. The system is fully automated. Posters in-store display your unique QR code, so customers can sign up on their own using their phones. At checkout, they simply tap their phone on the 1-Tap sign. No apps to download, no scanning (or updates to your POS system), no cards, no hassle.

That said, stores that actively get their team behind the program and talk to customers about it can see 3 to 4 times more sign-ups and check-ins compared to those who leave it entirely passive.

A small push from your staff in the first few weeks can make a big long-term impact.

When you get it set up, have some fun with it and get your team involved. you don't have to do this to make it work, but it's a great way to boost morale and community engagement. We've even seen retailers have launch parties for their loyalty programs with amazing success!

How long does it take to go live after purchase?

There are 2 major factors that contribute to this:

1. First come- first served. We can on-ramp and launch fully customised stores in as little as 30 days. A long list ahead of you might push that out as far as 90 (but we have never actually fallen behind 60days).

We're a small, dedicated team of experts, not a 1000 person strong off-shore coding farm.

2. Your On-Ramp document. As soon as you register, you'll be sent a link to complete your On-Ramp. This form takes about 20-30min to complete, and tells us everything we need to know in order to customise your program. You'll share the important data, images and any other relevant branding information.

Your place in the production queue is confirmed once we receive this document.

Will this work in a small or low-foot-traffic store?

Yes - in fact, that’s where it can make the biggest difference.

Smaller stores often rely heavily on a core group of regulars. This system helps you identify those people, reward them consistently, and keep them coming back more often - without adding any extra work for your staff.

You don’t need hundreds of check-ins a day to see results.

Just a few dozen loyal customers tapping in each week can create a noticeable lift in repeat visits, basket size, and word-of-mouth referrals.

Plus, the automated emails and optional community expansion program plugins give you exposure far beyond your regular foot traffic.

What do I need to provide to get started?

Once you activate your account, we have a simple on-boarding form for you to complete. Details like your store name, address, logo, some images and your preferred reward settings. We take care of everything else, including setup, automation, and customer emails. The entire process takes you about 30 minutes.

Is it secure and accurate? What’s stopping someone from cheating the system?

Every check-in is verified by both NFC and geofencing, it is designed to only work if the customer is physically in your store. Your counter-top 1-Tap console is uniquely coded to your exact location. Reducing the likelihood of fake taps or remote check-ins.

How are the rewards set, and what if I want to change the rewards or make adjustments later?

Every store sets it's own unique rewards (we'll make suggestions based on what we've seen work best). Want to change it up? No problem. You can adjust your reward milestones at any time. We’ll help you make any updates quickly and easily.

How soon can I start seeing results?

Most stores see hundreds of check-ins in the first few weeks. The average retail or hospitality has over 1,200 projected check-ins within the first 6 weeks, with up to 20% of customers tapping in regularly.

Is there a contract or commitment period?

Yes, the monthly has a 12-month minimum.
This helps cover the heavily discounted setup and allows us to deliver full support from day one. After your first 12 months, you can cancel anytime with 30 days’ notice... just send us a quick email.

Is customer data safe, and who has access to it?

Yes - customer data is securely stored and protected by industry-standard encryption and privacy safeguards.

All data is handled in line with global privacy regulations, including GDPR and the Australian Privacy Act.

We provide your store with full reports on check-in activity, rewards issued, and club donations. individual customer contact details are never shared. This ensures data security, trust, and consistency across the entire program. No data is ever sold or leased to 3rd party proprietors.

Customers sign up knowing that their data stays within the loyalty system, used only for tracking visits, rewards, and emails they’ve opted into. Customers may also unsubscribe at any time, and every email or SMS correspondence contains unsubscribe links.
